We will teach you to discover the different nuances that olive juice offers us.
We will test your senses by tasting different varieties of olive oil so that you will learn the differences between the different qualities and varieties of olive oil.
We will help you to interpret its character, aroma and flavour, which depend on the land in which the olive trees grow and forge the essence of our EVOO.
