Today is a very special day! Two years ago, with great enthusiasm and effort, we opened the doors of our Olive Grove Interpretation Centre. And just one year ago, we took another big step forward with the inauguration of our modern olive mill.
MARE OLEUM is a family project born out of love for our land, our culture, and above all in memory of those who came before us. A titanic effort, personally, to maintain our origins as farmers, on this anniversary, we want to share with you a glimpse of what we have achieved and express our sincere gratitude for all the support we have received.
Two projects, a dream come true.
MARE OLEUM is the result of two projects that have come to life thanks to the dedication of Lola and Antonio, who have turned their vision into a reality. Thanks to their passion and effort, you can enjoy a space that combines excellence in the production of organic extra virgin olive oil with a unique educational proposal.

Our Olive Grove Interpretation Centre has become a meeting point for olive oil enthusiasts and olive culture enthusiasts. During these two years, we have had the pleasure of receiving visitors from all over the world, who have explored the history of the olive tree, cultivation techniques and the importance of this fruit in our Mediterranean diet.
During the guided tour you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of the olive tree: from its origins to the most modern harvesting and production techniques. You will also discover the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil, and through our guided tastings you will learn to distinguish its qualities and appreciate its organoleptic characteristics.
Last year, our olive mill joined the celebration. Equipped with the latest technology, it guarantees an extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality. But our mill is more than just a production centre; it is an educational place where you can see up close the machinery involved in the oil production process and understand each stage in detail.
We are deeply proud of all that we have achieved in these two years and we will continue to share our passion for the olive grove with all those who want to immerse themselves in the essence of our project.
