The whole team is very happy because in this 2023 campaign we have not only obtained a certified and organic product full of nuances, intense green colour, extraordinary flavour and aroma. We are also creating jobs in the area, we continue to disseminate culture and share knowledge thanks to our olive oil tourism proposal and, above all, we are investing everything possible to always treat our environment and the product itself with the respect and care required.
In our organic oil mill we seek quality rather than quantity, and this premise extends throughout the entire production process of Oleo Conil.
How did we achieve this? Choosing the right time to harvest, controlling and taking care of the production from our fields to the bottle. Oleo Conil is obtained directly from freshly harvested olives grown organically. Our oil is produced without chemicals and using traditional and mechanical processes. It is a quality product that has also been bottled and labelled by hand.
Because that is what we are looking for, that our organic extra virgin olive oil Oleo Conil is a guarantee of extraordinary quality. And, despite the drought, we have succeeded.
