We have already finished with the harvest of the 2023-2024 campaign, just a few weeks ago we were harvesting the fruits and bottling our product Oleo Conil… How time goes by, right?
Life in the olive grove is a continuous evolution where our passion, attention and care are always present. The moment passes quickly and we are already busy with preparations for the new campaign. The start of the next harvest 2024-2025 takes place by sowing the cover crop.

One of the keys to cultivation is this plant cover. Do you want to know what it brings to our farm and what it consists of? We’ll tell you about it!
We prepare the soil by sowing a clover mixture that helps fix atmospheric nitrogen. In this way we achieve a good balance of water and nutrients, as this plant cover also helps us to use rainwater and contributes organic matter to the growing environment. We then bury it, which means green manuring for our olive trees.
